Adriaen Hegeman arithmetic exercise book, 1766-1768.

This collection contains Adriaen Hegeman, Jr.'s arithmetic exercise book, commonly known in the eighteenth century as a ciphering book, and dates from 1766 to 1768. Topics covered in the book include practice copies of bonds, arithmetic problems, and money conversion tables. An illustration of the points of the compass on the final page completes the volume.
